Shiv Jayanti is the birth anniversary of the great Maratha warrior king Chhatrapati Shivaji. WMM conducted an online seminar with Mr. Shashank Deshpande as the speaker. Mr. Deshpande is associated with the Chhatrapati Seva Pratishthan, a group of history researchers, who discuss the book “Shakkarte Shivray” written by Mr. Vijayrao Deshmukh. The topic of this lecture was “Shivaji Maharaj – The Leadership Guru”, how to apply the management policies of Shivaji Maharaj to today’s day and age. This was a live program attended by more than 200 users on YouTube and Google Meet. There was a Q&A session with a song and most importantly Powada, the 800 year old traditional Marathi ballad which glorifies great Maratha leaders.
